Townspeople

Townspeople include specialty characters like the beggar, camel lady, prophet, roaming tax collector, and shoppers. These roles are filled after the city shops are filled. Children under 12 must be with an adult at all times.

Townspeople may have special costumes and props; please check with the costume workers and get the proper attire.
